I understand and agree that participation in this course, seminar, or training event involves working around dogs, handlers, trainers, equipment, vehicles, training environments, indoor and outdoor areas, and other conditions that may involve risk. For any occurrence in connection with this course, seminar, or training event that may result in injury, death, illness, loss, property damage, animal injury, animal death, or other damages to me, my animal, or my family, estate, heirs, assigns, representatives, or guests, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks in connection with this course, seminar, or training event.

In addition, I agree to release, save, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Randy Hare, Alpha Canine Training Center, Inc., Alpha K-9, any representative of the hosting organization, the course or seminar originators, course instructors, seminar instructors, assistants, property owners, agents, staff, volunteers, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my enrollment, attendance, participation, handling of my dog, presence on the property, or participation in this course, seminar, or training event, except where prohibited by law.

No Unauthorized Videotaping or Photography

I understand and agree that there will be absolutely no videotaping, photography, audio recording, livestreaming, screen recording, or other recording of any kind during the course, seminar, or training event without the prior written consent of Randy Hare and/or Alpha Canine Training Center, Inc.

Photo, Video, and Media Release

I understand and agree that Randy Hare, Alpha Canine Training Center, Inc., Alpha K-9, and their representatives may photograph, video record, audio record, or otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, name, dog, participation, training activities, and course, seminar, or training-event-related presence.

I grant Randy Hare, Alpha Canine Training Center, Inc., Alpha K-9, and their authorized representatives permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, distribute, and share such photographs, video, audio, or other media for lawful business purposes, including training, education, website content, social media, advertising, promotional materials, course or seminar documentation, and business records, without compensation to me.

I release and hold harmless Randy Hare, Alpha Canine Training Center, Inc., Alpha K-9, their representatives, instructors, staff, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims related to the capture or use of such media, including claims involving privacy, publicity, likeness, image, voice, editing, publication, or distribution, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
