Detection K-9 Training for Agencies, Departments, and Working Dog Teams.
Randy Hare provides professional detection K-9 education for law enforcement, military, government, private security, SAR, Nosework, and serious working dog organizations. Training is built around practical understanding, handler education, odor obedience, source commitment, and the Randy Hare Method.
Professional training for teams responsible for real detection work.
Agency training is designed for handlers, trainers, supervisors, and working dog programs that need practical instruction, clearer training structure, and dependable detection performance.
Police K-9 Teams
Detection education for handlers, trainers, supervisors, departments, and law enforcement K-9 programs.
Working Dog Programs
Professional instruction for serious working dog teams, military-related programs, and government training needs.
Specialized K-9 Teams
Training support for private security, SAR, Nosework, and professional detection students seeking stronger foundations.
Agency training built around understanding the dog, not just watching the response.
Randy Hare teaches handlers and trainers to evaluate what the dog understands, how odor becomes meaningful, how reward affects behavior, and how handler movement, pressure, timing, and communication can influence the dog.
The goal is not surface-level performance. The goal is dependable detection work that can be explained, repeated, corrected, and trusted.
